Americas E-Business Internship Russell Investments

The Americas E-Business Team provides web support for both the Americas Institutional and the U.S. Private Client Services businesses
Primary responsibilities:
• provide support in updating routine content areas of our respected web sites using TeamSite
• assist with postings to our intranet sites, when necessary
• participate in web related special projects
• be expected to provide creative ideas to help scale the web sites we support
• document learned processes of content management, i.e. Panagon check-in process, metadata methodology, etc.
Qualifications:
• Year of schooling is not critical to the success of the intern. The preference is for someone with an E-Business, Communications or Marketing major.
• Teamwork, communication skills and the ability to work independently are required.
• Attention to detail is critical given our highly regulated, compliance driven environment.
• Basic web skills, which include basic design principles, an understanding of usability and an aptitude for learning different applications quickly. We use Interwoven TeamSite as our content management system; applicant will receive on-the-job training on this tool.
• Candidate must be proficient in use of proper grammar and punctuation. Editing skills are a plus.
• Experience in customer service and working on a fast-paced team is desirable.
• An eye for design and PhotoShop skills are a plus.
The position is expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Exact hours are negotiable, but must be completed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
