Blog Editor required: Mobile Industry publication

Hi there,
I'm the founder of SMS Text News. We publish news and opinion for 250,000 mobile industry executives and fanatics.
I'm on the hunt for a smart college student to join as editor to supervise the site's editorial and publish articles and features. We've got a heck of a lot of news coming in each day from our readers along with PR submissions. These need to be reviewed and published on to the site with commentary where appropriate. Similarly, we've got a lot of contributors who need to be managed and have their content published.
You'd also be expected to grab hold of and manage the various different regular features that we're running (for example we've got some awards coming up).
It is a full time commitment -- but, if you've got other things going on, perhaps we could work out a way to work together. The role itself is definable. I'd like your input.
I'm able to pay $1,000 per month by Paypal. You can work from anywhere and at any hour of the day.
You'll need a good internet connection, good computer and the ability to do some graphics manipulation (e.g. take a screenshot, publish it on flickr, put it into the article -- we can show you how). If you can use hotmail then you can use our Wordpress publishing system.
I'll give more attention to those with an array of existing journalism/media experience.
