Entry Level Inside sales/Telemarketing Professional
at Marketing Company (Anywhere)
Today is the first day of the beginning of your career in technical consultative sales. You will be surrounded by technical and sales professionals who will guide you from the role of Telemarketing/Inside Sales/ Recruiting to Account Management. You will be given a modest base salary between @ $35K DOE and, training from industry professionals with more than a decade of experience, and a definite career path towards account management with unlimited commissions. We have been here for 13 years and show no signs of slowing down.
The world of consultative selling in a recruiting and consulting environment is based on relationships and your ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly. In the beginning you will be asked to make as many "educated" warm and cold calls as possible to serve as a marketing function as well as a lead generation machine. The call volume should be between 60 and 80 calls per day or more.
We need someone who is willing to serve as a marketing function then learn the art of consultative selling as well as master the art of recruiting while learning technology to the point where they can "talk the talk" with C level executives.
Within our walls we have the technical expertise that will be taught both on the job and in formal training sessions. We have a Senior Account Executive who will be leading you down the sales path. We have a recruitment manager who understands technical recruiting better than anyone in the business.
You will bring your style, your personality, your persistence, your willingness to learn, and your dedication to a sales organization in its infancy stage just starting to blossom.
You must be fluent and articulate in English, have a college degree or equivalent experience in telemarketing or entry level inside sales. You must be professional in presentation, an "a" type personality with a "never quit" attitude and performance level.
