Entry Level Outside Sales
at Marketing Company in Georgia
No more than 1 – 3 years of sales experience max
Not made more than $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year to date
• NO COLLEGE DEGREE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/GED
• MUST be completely finished with schooling or at a point where school can be put on hold for 1-2 years until established
• MONEY MOTIVATED
• GO-GETTER/SELF-DISCIPLINE
• AGGRESSIVE/DETERMINED
• EXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS
• JOB STABILITY/GOOD WORK ETHIC
• No gaps of employment
• Hold down a job for a year or longer on current job or previous
• CURRENTLY WORKING
• If unemployed – no longer than 1-2 month at the longest depending on circumstances.
• EARLY RISER
• In front of first customer by 6:30 or 7:00 am even if that means leaving their house by 5:15 – 5:30 am
• SOMEONE WHO CAN COLD CALL
• Walk in back door unannounced
• No appointment setting/ No calling on the phone
• SOMEONE WHO CAN FIRST TIME CLOSE
• SOMEONE WHO CAN HANDLE REJECTION
• Needs to be very tough-skinned
Skills: • Must have job stability. No major gaps (no longer than 2 months).
• Must be able to be in front of first customer by 6:30 - 7:00 am. May need to leave their home by 5:00 - 5:30 am.
• Have not made more than $42k/yr.
• Must have no more than 3 years of sales experience.
