Advertising Account Executive
at Valpak in Michigan

Valpak Direct Marketing Systems, Inc. is the #1 provider of cooperative direct mail in North America. Our familiar blue envelope is mailed to 1.1 million homes in Southeastern Michigan each month. We are also involved on the internet with our website Valpak.com, along with selling Solo Direct Mail.
We Provide:
• A fun and motivating work environment with extensive training from our National Headquarters and local office!
• Salary plus commission
• First year earnings $40K - $45K
• Car and gas allowance

Your day to day responsibilities:
• Develop potential prospects through on the street cold-calling, emailing, telephone inquiry and then making appointments to present Valpak.
• Develop advertising/marketing plans specific to the client category and work to develop offers and a marketing plan that will meet the client’s expectations.
• Prepare ad copy and layouts for clients.
• Establish and manage client expectations.
• Manage account receivables for customer base.
We are looking for:
• Strong cold calling/prospecting/business development skills
• Organized, multi-tasker and attention to details
• Excellent communicator
• Deadline oriented
• Strong listener and negotiator
• Computer/Internet skills
• Stable prior work history
• Professional attitude
• Reliable vehicle
