International Marketing & Sales - Entry Level

BassTech International is a supplier/distributor of specialty chemicals, polymers and synthetic rubbers located in Northern New Jersey. We have relationships servicing the ceramic, refractory, commercial roofing, coating, polystyrene and chemical industries globally.
We are looking to hire an individual with the ability to learn a diverse business, develop their sales/marketing abilities, build relationships globally and help continue our 14 years of growth. The ideal candidate should be bright, ambitious, self-motivated, hard working, energetic and a team player. This individual may in fact be right out of college with an engineering or science degree. Experience is not necessary as we are willing to train, but the desire to learn the business and grow with our company is a must. We offer a creative and challenging work environment, where successes and achievements will be highly visible to BassTech’s management.
All candidates MUST meet the following prerequisites:
• Bachelor’s Degree in sciences, engineering or a business related discipline
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Willingness to be involved in every aspect of the business
• Highly motivated with the interest to network globally
• Detail oriented
• Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships
