Join the ranks of IBM's dynamic Developer Market Acquisition Team as a key Marketing Manager. Our team promotes open standards, IBM products and technologies such as Web Services, Linux, and XML. The Team's responsibilities include creating comprehensive marketing programs and executing through tactics that include: advertising, public relations, e- nurturing, tiles, newsletters, direct mail, partner portals and market research/analysis.
Prefer candidates that possess a technical background in addition to core marketing skills such as understanding product, placement and promotion strategies. In addition candidates should be familiar with IBM developer resources, as well as the wants and needs of developer communities. Analytical and Communication skills are critical for success.
Required
• High School Diploma/GED
• English: Fluent
Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
