Part-time Entry Level Finance Sales Assistant

at Wallstreet Services in New York

Leading Financial Firm is seeking a Sales Assistant for a 2-month consultant assignment in New York. Pay up to $15 hourly.

Responsibilities:
To provide administrative, clerical, and customer services necessary for processing and completing all MVP Health Care policies within established guidelines. Check and review applications for completeness. Contact customers via phone or email to obtain missing information. Generate letters for quotes and missing information. Verify association membership status on new and renewal business.

Submit regular membership verification reports to the association. Data Entry as needed for new and renewal business. Submit new applications to enrollment processing department. Assemble and forward correspondence to clients and carriers. Assemble quote or fulfillment packages for all sales.

Set up new business files and file finalized cases. Input or locate information in Saleslogix and ROME as necessary. Input sales tracking data into excel for monthly tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:
• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year
• Related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience
• Processing insurance policies preferred.
