• Have a Bachelor's degree.
• Work before/after typical office hours as business dictates.
• Strong written and oral English communications skills.
• Possess skills with Micorosoft Word and Outlook.
• Service-oriented business skills.
• Learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment.
• Goal oriented and capable of regularly using good judgment.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any Employer.
• Develope strategies for recruitment to identify qualified candidates through barious recruiting tools.
• Negotiate wage rates, gain required commitment from candidates, complete pre-employment processes including reference checks background/drug tests.
• Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive environment.
• Maintain relationships to provide customer service, gain knowledge, to get referrals and sales leads.
• Thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems as well as other documentation processes.
