Summary: The Intern will assist in the administration of various office processes and procedures for all site office employees and contract employees as may be assigned. Position also provides general administrative support for all office functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with creating, maintaining, and updating files
Examines files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
Compiles data from records, utilizing IT system, and prepares reports.
Assists in the computation of data for use in business development and marketing.
Assists in maintenance of records and compiles reports from database as needed.
Special projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
General knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point & Excel)
Highly motivated, self-starter able to thrive in fast paced, high energy environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent written and superior verbal communication skills
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
