What we need you to know and do for this position:
- PHP OOP Design, ability to learn and adopt a large code-base
- HTML, XTemplates, Smarty
- Javascript: Jason, JQuery, Ajax
- Strong backend skills: MySQL ; Apache: windows and unix application set up, deployment, and tuning
- Eclipse PHP: Zend Debugger
- User knowledge of SVN
What you will be doing:
- Research, adopt, and enhance a large application
- Switch hats between system administration and development – be able to evaluate, install, and tune open-source and vendors software on both unix and windows
- Be a part of the dynamic team – be able to quickly react to new requirements, estimate work scope, and switch priorities.
- Work as a team – share ideas, code and test in and around a number of applications
