Sales Trainee
RPM Consolidated Services, Inc. is a solid, quality and fast growing diversified transportation company with 9 locations. We have provided customers with quality service for over 22 years and continue to do so today. We are currently seeking Sales Trainees ready to start a career in Sales.
The successful candidates will be people-oriented, highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starters who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for attaining revenue goals through the direct sales of company products and services.
Responsibilities Include:
•Establishing and maintaining a solid customer base
•Promoting our services and products to existing and potential clients
•Generating new business leads, identifying and developing new accounts
•Making sales calls and presentations
•Managing and securing existing client accounts and providing client service and support as needed to ensure timeliness and quality standards are met
•Assisting managers in providing support and implementation of ideas to make operations and sales more effective and profitable
Requirements:
•College Degree required
•Clean DMV record
•Must be able to communicate well with all levels of staff, management and customers
•Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities
•Must be proficient using a PC and Microsoft Office and other software programs
•You must have experience in building sales relationships through sustained work ethic and customer service.
