Document Imaging/ Part Time Representative.

Job Description: This position handles the image process for all account documents coming from various branch and department locations into the Nautilus archive using the barcode method. The candidate for this position also assists with document scan and index processes, answer department phones and assist employees with inquiries.

There are two steps to this position, the first is Bar coding all documents that may come from our branches or lending departments (new account documentation, loan paperwork etc).
This entails great data entry and typing skills and SUPREME accuracy.
The second part of this position is scanning the bar coded documents.

Requirements
Skills and Experience: Position requires good typing and 10 key skills. Must have good organizational skills and work ethics. Detail orientated and ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Possess good eye sights and able to lift boxes weighing 35 pounds or more. PC experience in Excel and Word required. Summit system experience preferred.

This person will be in our Document Imaging department M-F 12p-5p (Temp to Hire)
This entails great data entry and typing skills and SUPREME accuracy.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Type: CONTRACT

Duration: 60 – 90 Days

Pay Rate: $10.50 – $11.00 Hourly DOE
