Full-time Associate Business Analyst

at Synygy in Phoenix, AZ

As an Associate Business Analyst at Synygy, you will work with members of our Client Services Department and be involved in the implementation and operations of incentive compensation management solutions for Global 2000 companies.

Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy of the information that you and your team produce.

The Associates use their analytical skills and Synygy software to:
-configure data and calculation processes
-design and implement reports
-process client’s data and reports
-implement and process verification procedures
-fulfill client requests for information and analysis
Requirements
Associate Business Analyst Requirements:

-very strong detail orientation
-exceptional analytical skills
-strong oral and written communication skills
-experience using Microsoft Office preferred
-experience using Excel for data analysis preferred
-working knowledge of SQL a plus
-a BA or BS degree (technical or engineering degree a plus)
