Essential Skills:
Responsible for performing duties for PBM Claims processing functions to include paper and DMR claims entry, claims monitoring, payments to plan members and pharmacies, response and resolutions to incoming issues related to claims or payments, received by mail, e-mail, fax, via the CMITS issue queue and by phone. Responsible for issue investigation, resolution and communication to claimants. Reports and escalates urgent issues to the Group Manager. Prepares logs and reports as needed. Responsible for ensuring that all tasks are organized and completed in a timely manner and in accordance with industry guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred; Claims processing experience preferred; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills; Previous healthcare experience desired.
