Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal and personnel activities for LHS Therapy Services Department. Prepares and manages budgets, staff, and productivity. Ensures quality services are provided through daily operations. Maintains all regulatory requirements for the development and implementation of policy, procedures and security protocols for pharmacy drugs and supplies. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Requirements
Minimum: Bachelors in Physical or Occupational Therapy; or Masters in Speech Therapy and four (4) years rehabilitation experience of which three (3) years in a supervisory capacity. Current NM license in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Speech/lLanguage Pathology
Preferred: Masters Degree in related field and management of more than one therapy discipline
