Shawnee Mission Medical Center (SMMC) is 383-bed facility, the second largest in the Kansas City metropolitan area. The hospital also offers multiple services at satellite locations throughout the community. The Description of the Position
Shawnee Mission Medical Center has an opening for a Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager is responsible for all operations of clinic locations including all staffing functions: Interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary action and termination. Accountable for daily operating expenses as well as fiscal management including accounts payable, charge entry, collections and purchasing as well as payroll management. Requirements
A minimum of 2-5 years practice management experience is required. More than five years related experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
