Presently, we are seeking a dynamic candidate for our Garden City, NY office. Our entry level position, Client Services Associate, is an integral component of a high performance team with a mission: to provide a safe home life for our clients with comfort, independence and dignity. As a team, Bayada Nurses provides clients of all ages with a broad range of in-home services including high tech skilled nursing care, personal care, rehabilitation, therapies, homemaking and companionship.
The Client Services Associate provides administrative support in the areas of staffing, recruiting, marketing and personnel chart maintenance. Initial responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, data entry, assisting with staffing functions, interviewing prospective employees, obtaining employment references, and other projects as needed. Demonstrated success in this position will provide the opportunity for advancement to other managerial positions within the office. This position requires superb customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work as the member of a team in a busy, high-energy environment.
The ideal candidate will possess an energetic team spirit, motivational attitude, superb customer service and excellent organizational skills, in addition to being detail and goal oriented. A Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years experience in home care, health care or related social services field is required. Previous experience in customer service, human resources or medical staffing is a plus.
