To plan, execute and support cross functional development and marketing of the Harris strategic partner program. To develop, maintain and improve the relationships between Harris product groups and its strategic development partners. This includes developing program elements, marketing collateral, managing development equipment loans, and working with functional product groups to guarantee success of the program. Success will rely heavily upon the ability to research program needs, prioritize, and drive those requirements to the functional areas within the company. In addition, you will assist Harris in identifying new market opportunities for the server product line.
* Develop the overall Harris server partner program including, requirements for entry, deliverables to partners, incentives system, certifications program, collateral and training material. * Establish a strong and strategic relationship with decision makers with partners and ensure that Harris is viewed as a strategic partner in their overall business plan. * Develop and maintain annual business and marketing plans with appropriate partners. * Support partners with sales related efforts at end user projects in conjunction with Harris direct sales force and regional partner managers. * Develop business partner branding and co-marketing efforts, utilizing corporate marketing communications, channel management and field marketing resources. * Support managed partners at marketing events and shows provided by the partners to their customer base as well as national and international events. * Profile, recruit and support business partners, and release non-performing business partners as appropriate. * Work with the worldwide sales and regional partner managers to develop and grow partner enabled revenue. * Lead business partner skills development. * Possess a strong broadcast and IT technical background. * Engage in moderate travel.Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broadcast television industry and competitive landscape. * Highly customer oriented attitude. * Have the ability to lead and influence matrixed organizations, as well as all levels of senior/executive field and factory management, * Have demonstrated track record of achieving results, strong management and leadership skills. * Have the demonstrated ability to drive customer needs and customer intimacy. * Be skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and field sales. * Have the ability to lead and collaborate in a global organization. * Possess strong communication, leadership, problem assessment, problem solving and program management skills. * Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.Preferred Additional Skills:
