Requirements Since DFW Affiliates has a firm policy of only promoting from within, we are motivated to train the right individuals from the ground up. Therefore, these positions are ideal for recent graduates or those looking to jumpstart a new career. No experience is necessary. The ‘right individual’ must possess excellent people skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment. We have full time, part time, and internships available; all positions include merit-based compensation and advancement opportunities. This is an entry level position. All college graduates are encouraged to apply; however, the following degrees/experiences are the best matches: communications, business administration, entrepreneurship, management, advertising, marketing, public relations, political science, psychology, military, sports management, athletic experience.
