Move-In Coordinator

Responsibilities:
As move in coordinator your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and successful transition of the resident into a Sunrise community. In this important role, you will be a key point of initial contact with the resident and their family, the Director of Community Relations (sales) and the Executive Director.
Your responsibilities will include completing all required paperwork through communication with all appropriate parties (residents' family, physician, etc.), maintaining administrative files and ensuring preparation of the residents’ suite for move in.
Requirements:
High school diploma required, College degree preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and follow through.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use creativity and sound judgment.
Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Word.
