Fortune 500 clients outsource to Global Solutions, Inc. to help improve their existing customer retention, new customer acquisition and increase their market share. This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects. We provide our clients a professional edge over their competition, by providing professional people to represent their brand, products and services in which they provide.
Therefore, we cross train candidates in sales, marketing, management, finance and administration. This cross training allows candidates to advance from an Entry Level Position to Upper Level Management.
Our Marketing Strategy is simple: By meeting with our client's customers in person we can dramatically increase our client's sales without dramatically increasing their budget. Our technique is proven to be the most effective way to penetrate a target market and acquire new, profitable customers, while building relationships with our already existing customers.
Our current goal is to have 10 more locations locally and nationally by 2010, with international expansion plans. In order to make this a reality we will be developing our own managers (starting in entry level), rather than hiring people with habits counteractive to our mission.
