Requirements
All applicants must possess the following:
Experience in a team or people related field.
Desire to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year to other branch offices for further training.
Great communication and analytical skills.
Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.
The personality to thrive in a merit-based environment.
No experience necessary. Compensation on pay for performance basis. A 4 year college degree is preferred.
