We are currently seeking Entry Level Sales Representatives to consult with small to medium size businesses in a defined territory. In this role you will:
Gain access to small business owners and C-level executives
Schedule and conduct web-based presentations
Utilize consultative sales methods to sell CareerBuilder.com products
Create unique product combinations and solutions to meet each client's specific needs
Grow client base by prospecting new business
Grow existing accounts using account optimization techniques
Develop loyal and long-lasting relationships through personal attention and follow-ups
Generate revenue to meet attainable monthly quota
Understand current trends within the online recruitment industry
The successful Inside Sales Representative will have the following characteristics:
Ambitious, determined, self-motivated overachiever with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to make 150 cold calls/day and set 15 meetings/week
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sales-minded and goal oriented
Ability to strive in a team environment as well as individually
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
