As an Entry Level B2B Sales Associate you will consult with small to medium sized businesses in an open territory to identify their recruiting and staffing needs:


Utilize consultative sales methods to sell job postings and resume database access over the phone

Gain access to C-level executives and engage with them to demonstrate how our suite of products can fulfill their staffing needs

Create unique product combinations and solutions to meet each clients' individual needs

Grow client base: Prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new accounts; maintain existing accounts

Schedule and conduct web-based presentations to demonstrate products

Generate revenue, and exceed attainable monthly quota

Develop loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up

Understand current trends within the freelance/consulting/outsourcing industry, and inform clients why our product makes business sense.

Job Requirements



The drive to exceed expectations and outperform your peers

Fearless! Must not be intimidated by developing a territory, including research, lead generation and cold calling

Must be aggressive and able to work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals

Ability to work well in a team environment

HS Diploma with 1 year experience

Able to think creatively, independently and have strong success track record in past sales experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet research capability

You must have an entrepreneurial spirit and play to win
