Full-Time Member Services Agent: Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:30 PM and alternating Saturdays 9:00 – 3:00 PM

The position requires computer knowledge and customer service skills to accurately fulfill the role. Responsibilities include taking in-bound calls of new and current members of NDI and the Global companies and service the needs of the customer. Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience, clear speech, and ability to explain our program in a concise manner. Also, confidentiality is a must to handle member information.
