Qualified candidates must have a Masters degree in a field of education, teaching experience and management or supervisory experience in an education setting with demonstrated abilities in:
Leading an academic team
Positive student retention management
Scheduling and optimizing use of campus resources
Instructor training, observation, and evaluation
Job Requirements
As Assistant Director of Education you will be responsible for managing the student retention contact management system, classroom observations and instructor development and working with the Director of Education on special projects and agency/accrediting body, and home office reporting. You will also have such additional or differing duties and responsibilities commensurate with your position as KHEC management may from time to time assign to you.
Additionally, our KHEC employees must possess:
Persuasive communication skills, with an orientation toward results
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
