Help Desk Analyst I

Robert Half Technology has uncovered an exciting new role with one of our well-established firms in need of a Help Desk Analyst I to join their team. This help desk analyst will be responsible for providing first level support to all inbound technical inquiries. The candidate must possess demonstrated proficiency in hardware/software support, troubleshooting, password resets, anti-virus questions and networking issues in a Windows based environment. This entry level position is a temporary to full-time opportunity.
Requirements:
1+ years work experience in a call center/technical support role.
Experience supporting Windows 9x-XP and MS Office.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Mac 0S 9.x, Lotus Notes and Active Directory is desired.
A+, Net+ and/or MCP certified candidates are encouraged to apply!
