Premier Advertising has just experienced a tremendous overload of clients in the sports and entertainment industries. We provide innovative promotional advertising campaigns for all types of local and national clients. Our client base includes professional sports teams, golf courses, local and national restaurant chains, hotels/resorts, and other entertainment groups. Our client base is already established and all clients and customers are dealt with on a face to face basis

SUCCESS THROUGH CROSS-TRAINING:

Our management trainees are thoroughly cross-trained in marketing and advertising strategies, sales, promotions, customer service, P.R., interpersonal skills/abilities, verbal and non-verbal communication, leadership, as well as behind the scenes so as to completely absorb our entire business model. Our cross-training approach has everything to do with our expansion success.

ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting daily with various customers to present them with services that our clients can provide.
• Developing and implementing original training techniques to achieve internal goals.
• Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment.
• Managing external customers needs.
• Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Because we have proven ourselves, our clients prove their loyalty. And with that loyalty, comes expansion.

Due to recent demand from new clients, we have expanded to the Houston area and must fill the gaps in our midwest and southwest locations that such growth has left us. Our managers are willing to invest their time and energy to train the right candidates from the ground up with the foresight that today’s entry-level candidates are tomorrow’s entrepreneurs.
