Customer Service Rep
at Express Employment Professionals in Horsham, PA
Will work in the scheduling department collecting information from customers and introducing them to program and scheduling appointments for auditors . Must be computer literate with the ability to enter data correctly into the computer of four. must have an excellent phone voice and manner and must be willing to work one later night until 7pm . 80% outbound calls 20% inbound

- Previous call center and/or customer service experience preferred, but skilled entry-level candidates will be considered.
