Potomac Job Corps Center is looking for a Custodian.
Job Corps is the nation's largest residential and educational training program for economically challenged youth, ages 16 through 24. Established in 1964 and funded by the Department of Labor, Job Corps has trained and educated more than two million young people to date and continues to serve more than 70,000 young adults each year. Job Corps offers hands-on training in more than 60 career areas, all high growth industries.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for keeping assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition, in compliance with government and management directives.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous custodial experience preferred. Must understand basic cleaning compounds, waxes, polishes, disinfectants, etc., and their proper applications. A valid driver’s license issued by the District of Columbia, Virginia, or Maryland is required, with an acceptable driving record.
