Job Description
Position: Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
You will be working directly with our Chief Operating Officer and will also be working with our Chief Financial Officer. Consequently, you should expect a range of responsibilities related to operations and investor communications. Responsibilities may include the following:
1. Producing written communications to prospective and current investors in the funds. This may include drafting and editing letters to prospective and current investors and reviewing and editing presentation materials for prospective and current investors.
2. Reviewing and updating certain legal documents under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer.
3. Assisting in ongoing compliance. This may include editing and updating our written policies and procedures and our compliance manual, and helping to address all regulatory requirements.
Requirements Applicant Characteristics:
Applicants should be excited about joining a growing firm and becoming part of a team focused on producing excellent results for clients. You should be able to handle a breadth of responsibilities, while maintaining accuracy and a detail-oriented focus. Applicants should possess strong writing, editing, and communication skills, and be comfortable using Microsoft Office programs.
