Full-time Market Data - C++ STL low Level 225k

at Huxley Associates in Tri State, CT

Market Data C++ programmer specialist sought to develop the infrastructure for centralized market data and databases used by research and traders. C++ / Vc++ expert analytical market data developer, math background. Strong knowledge of programming low level C++ applications, building templates and classes in C++. Entry level to Mid and senior level programmers welcome.
Job Requirements
he successful candidate will have a proven track record of completing complex C++ , Vc++, C#.Net development projects in a successful finance firm. Understanding of the ins and outs of fixed income and derivative products is a must. Experience working with larges sets of data, sorting and building c++ market data systems will be key for success.

Experience with or working for Bloomberg is a big plus. Bloomberg API programming and GTK are also a bonus

You will be building data feeds, working major exchanges and dealing with real time trade feed handlers.

ACTIV and 29 West are used for real time messaging.

Skills- STL, Boost, C#, WinForms, Infragistics, Design Patterns, and high frequency, high volume / low latency trading systems.
Experience with FIX, ETF/ Baskets and arbitrage trading is a major bonus.

You must have worked with large market data sets, worked on data mining, market data feeds, and Front office Experience is major Plus

As you will be working with the Quants and Traders directly, sitting on the trading floor, you will be expected to have strong financial knowledge, top communication and great academics. You should have an Ivy League background or top GPA 3.7 or above.
