All candidates will start off in sales. Those successful in sales will be able to participate in a management training position. Our "Management Training Program" allows an individual to learn all aspects of our business including Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Administration, and Finance.
First...
As an Account Manager, we expect an individual to learn to manage themselves in regards to sales and marketing for our clients. Full training is provided in sales, marketing, customer relations, systems as well as the campaigns.
Then....
We expect that an individual learn to manage a team. As a "Team Lead" this individual will be expected to take on additional responsibilities of teaching, training, and developing others on our sales and marketing techniques and strategies, systems and campaigns.
Finally...
Once we see that an individual performs well as not only an Account Manager but also as a Team Leader, and develops others to perform well in the position, we finally give them the opportunity to oversee and manage a market as well as a campaign.
