We are currently seeking a Graphics and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Elgin!
Responsibilities include:
Working with the Director of Corporate Marketing and the Director of Graphics manage daily activities that include: budget management, special event and promotional coordination, logistical coordination, business reviews, marketing, category and sales presentation coordination.
Assist Marketing Managers from all channels of distribution with presentations, coordination, and planning, execution, and follow-up.
Assist graphics department with project tracking and follow up activities.
Handle detailed projects and on-going responsibilities such as timeline management of new product, marketing and transitional issues. Handle related problem solving for Director of Corporate Marketing and Director of Graphics and department.
Planning and management of trade shows and customer shows.
Ability to work with marketing, graphics and other departments on critical assignments and day-to-day tasks.
job requirements
Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree required. Major or minor in Marketing preferred. One plus year of marketing support skills preferred. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications. Strong Exel skills preferred. Strong attention to detail, math aptitude, and ability to multi-task responsibilities simultaneously is mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills essential. Ability to take on various roles, juggle priorities, and communicate concisely and effective with marketing and sales professionals as well as executives.
