Accounts Receivable Specialist

Volt Services Group is currently working with a finance company in downtown Chicago. They are looking for an experience accounts receivable specialist to join their growing team. If you are looking for a professional and challenging position then this is the job for you. This is an upcoming position, and is not available at this time.
The AR Specialist will be responsible for pulling invoices and entering information into Excel spreadsheets. Research customer deductions, determine the cause of the customers deductions, and follow the department procedures for credit and debit memos. You will also be providing suggestions to management when working with unresolved deductions

Requirements:
To be considered for this position you must have the following requirements:
1. You must have at least 4 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
4. High level experience with Microsoft Excel
5. Strong experience with cash applications
Location: Chicago, IL
Type: CONTRACT
Duration: 60 - 90 Days
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $19.00 Hourly DOE
