We are seeking candidates for a variety of Volt positions onsite at Caterpillar's facility located in Mossville, IL. These positions will range in skill level and duration.
Engineer/Technical Writer
Technical Writer / Engineer This person will be responsible for executing the technical writing for the hydraulics lab. Reviewing eProject and create an initial TIC report template for each project; As tests are being conducted, update TIC to keep up-to-date; At conclusion of testing and data analysis, assist test engineer in writing the TIC report and proof read and revise final TIC document. Technical writer must be engaged with the lab engineer. Customer's objectives is to lessen the burden for the engineers to write the TIC reports and have the reports complete within 15 days of the final analysis of the data.

Bachelor's Degree with an understanding of Engineering. Hydraulics Background is preferred. Good communication skills, including ability to write analytical reports, such as TIC reports.
