Responsibilities:

Maintain applicant tracking system
Prepare and manage candidate files Maintain external and internal career websites
Source and filter candidates using various job boards
Assist in telephone pre-screening of candidates
Send out weekly correspondences to applicants and hiring managers
Assist with background and reference checks
Schedule pre-employment drug screens & physicals
Scheduling of interviews
Creating and maintaining various spreadsheets
Designing and maintaining various reports on a weekly/monthly basis
Preparation of new hire folders and offer packages
Assist with maintenance of HR database and spreadsheets
Assist with maintenance of all HR and personnel files
Assist Human Resources department with special projects as needed

Qualifications:
Skills/Qualifications:

Junior or Senior college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
Possess integrity of the highest degree
Ability to work independently
MS office required. Must be proficient in Word and Excel
Ability to interact with all levels of management and people
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Flexible "can do/will do attitude"
Polished professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
