We are a CPA firm that services the insurance and litigation markets, both domestic and international. Our primary area of specialty in insurance is the measurement of damages, including but not limited to; damaged property, loss of income or profits, fraud and employee dishonesty.
We are seeking a professional with 0 to 3 years experience to join the team in our New York City office. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
Experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, business valuation or fraud investigations (for senior status)
Strong analytical skills
Strong PC skills
Excellent presentation and verbal skills
Ability and willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally)
Team player mentality
High level of motivation and the ability to motivate others
Ability to communicate performance expectations early
Desired Skills/Certifications (not required):
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
Multi-lingual capabilities (i.e. Spanish)
Duties Include:
Conducting forensic financial analyses utilizing books of original entry, relevant source documents and various industry data
Attending meetings and conferences with representatives of the insurance/litigation community
Assistance in drafting of reports that summarize the findings of financial analyses/damages

Salary commensurate with experience.
