Responsibilities:
Obtain professional and technical knowledge, attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks and reviewing professional publications.
Attend technical training sessions for related tasks
Organize/prioritize details while completing multiple tasks on schedule
Participate in meetings, formulating ideas and sharing them with the team in written and oral form
Meet and exceed milestones and goals set within the program set by management
Transition within teams to complete assigned tasks
Exercise independent judgment and work productively with minimal supervision
Requirements
Requirements:
Must be full time student in college
Copy of current student I.D. will be required
No mortgage industry experience necessary
Must be a flexible team member
Strong interpersonal skills & outstanding communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Must be a highly motivated individual
Must have high integrity and strong work ethic
Embrace change in a start up environment
High energy and a positive attitude are a must
Ability to work effectively, accurately, with attention to detail
Ability to work with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
