As part of our Employee Solutions Team, this position will be focused on responding to questions and inquiries in order to answer and resolve payroll related questions and issues for employees.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
1. Responding to high volumes of employee questions/issues via phone and email.
2. Processing incoming timecards and electronic time reports.
3. Working with Accounting, Payroll and other departments to resolve issues.
4. Processing direct deposit and expense report forms.
5. Processing other payroll forms (including vacation and sick leave requests).
6. Other payroll projects.
This is a Direct Hire position on-site with Volt Technical Resources in Redmond, Washington - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, which is headquartered in Redmond, Washington. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.
Requirements:
Required skills for this Customer Service Coordinator include the following:
• Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
• Excellent customer service skills
• High level attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Positive, can-do attitude and energy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent written communication skills including business correspondence and email
• Action oriented with proven ability to set goals, drive for results and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident verbal communication skills
• Bonus Skill: AA or BA in a related field
