Job Description:
Full-time and Part-time interns will be engaged in qualitative analysis of potential acquisition candidates and Fortune 1500 CEOs. The evaluation of private companies and CEOs includes the use of various research tools such as Hoovers, Lexis-Nexis, business journals and Harvey & Companys proprietary Access database. Interns conduct the initial research that supports deal and CEO teams which will lead to $10-100 million buyouts of private, middle market businesses. Experience with a broad range of industries makes the position an excellent resume builder for students interested in private equity, venture capital, investment banking and other areas of business. Many top performing interns have advanced to analyst positions upon graduation. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the dynamics of private equity investing in a young, non-bureaucratic, and energetic environment.
