We seek a part-time paid Intern for the Training & Development Department. The Intern will assist the Training and Development team in administrative duties and special projects.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage the Orientation curriculum and calendar for new employees * Collect feedback from training attendees on the value of courses and communicate findings to course instructors * Oversee company’s tuition reimbursement process – receive and record reimbursement forms, create tracking codes, and process payments * Mail merge firm-wide training communication and registrations confirmations to attendees and their managers * Assist Training and Development team with course set up including creating and distribution of course materials and arrangement of meals for luncheons * Assist the Training and Development team in planning for and organizing new hire orientation * Track and update training registrations for employees * Support coordinators with basic administrative duties * Participate in special projectsRequired Skills:
* Superior organizational skills * Attention to detail * Strong computer skills with interest in learning spreadsheet and database applications * Discretion with confidential information * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously * Flexibility * Desire to work in a team environment * Interest in identifying/implementing process improvementsHow to apply:
