Fall Marketing Internship
at Alloy Media + Marketing in New York, NY
Alloy Media + Marketing is a leading media and marketing services company catering to the youth and multicultural audience. Our primary customers are major entertainment, consumer products and technology companies looking to advertise to the youth demographic. We own and operate youth-focused media assets as well as provide promotional and placement agency services to our client base. We are looking to find a Marketing Intern for our Strategic Marketing Group located in New York, NY.
Areas of development by this internship:
• Familiarity with traditional and nontraditional media pricing and positioning.
• Develop cutting edge creative concepts for media programs that meet client objectives.
• Ability to understand marketing communication objectives and assist in the strategic solution.
• Facilitate articulation of client’s business requirements and business goals, and then translate them into innovative and aesthetic consumer experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support of national sales force and strategic marketing group, including general capabilities, presentation/proposal support, case studies, updating online materials, etc.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing plan for business units, including effective, lead generating promotions, direct mail, email blasts, premiums, etc.
• Identify promotional support materials (collateral pieces, etc.)
• Assist in the development of corporate marketing initiatives.
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting of all marketing activities, and initiating strategies for improvement.
• General Administrative Duties.
• Assisting in Research objectives:
o Updating research documents to reflect current information.
o Compiling information from syndicated studies (i.e., MRI, Scarborough).
Alloy Inc. is a publicly traded company, NASDAQ symbol ALOY. This is an unpaid internship and must receive school credit. We will provide travel stipend.
