Staff Nurse - RN - Schitzophrenia Unit - Part Time

Responsibilities
To ensure delivery of patient care in accordance with established ANA Psychiatric Mental Health Standards of Practice and the New York Presbyterian Hospital Psychiatric Standards of Care, the Staff Nurse utilizes the Nursing Process and is responsible to the Patient Care Manager or his/her designee. Licensed and currently registered or otherwise duly authorized to practice as a professional nurse in the State of New York. Bachelor of Science Degree preferred. Successfully completes the screening criteria for this title. Successfully completes orientation. Basic Life Support certification required.
Additional Responsibility
Part Time Staff Nurse will work 8 hour shifts, 20 hours per week (three 8 hour shifts during week one, and two 8 hour shifts during week two).
