Kelly Automotive Service's client, a major automotive manufacturer is in need of a Sales/Account Coordinator in Auburn Hills, MI. A Bachelor Degree is required for this position.
Candidates must have Automotive Sales/Account Management experience and possess a strong proactive, 'go-getter' attitude.
This position is more of an entry level position. We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of experience. Candidates with senior level experience will not be considered for this position.

Title: Sales/Account Coordinator ' Auburn Hills, MI
Job Responsibilities:
o Quotes prices and terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained
o Builds and maintains customer relationships
o Prepares reports of business transactions
o Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database SAP
o Investigates and resolves customer problems
o Preparation of pricing proposals and the execution of contractual negotiations with the customer in conjunction with supervisor and account managers
o Establish and maintain positive relationships with key customers
o Maintain pricing data (MFG Pro/SAP)
o May be required to travel
o Assist account managers with new business proposals
o Liaison between each division and corrects all sales forecasts for each division once a year
o Analyzes company market share against the competition
o Meets with buyers and quotes service parts with major OEM's
o May be responsible for customer change request, coordination and tracking
o Responsible for coordinating prototype delivery schedules and maintain customer specific systems
o Initiate activities to create HIPPA privacy awareness within the organization and implement privacy policies and procedures
o Adheres to Company Quality Policy
o Considers all valid Procedures, Job Instructions, and Organizational Instructions
o Adheres to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and implements all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility
Required:
o Bachelor of Business Administration or Engineering Degree from four-year college or university
o Three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry
o Project management experience
o Experience with market analysis and marketing
o Microsoft Office software package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
