Part-Time Instructor

Computer Information Systems, in Summit College at The University of Akron, which has a hands-on approach to teaching technical courses to a diverse student body, is looking for part-time instructors for morning, afternoon and evening classes.
Courses to be taught include Visual Basic, website administration, CompTIA A+ certification, XHML and CSS, and Linux.
A Masters degree or higher in Computer Information Systems or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
Preference for candidates with teaching or training experience, a related terminal degree, professional certifications and instructor certifications. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Start: August 25, 2008.
