Outbound Sales (PT-Telemarketer)
at Time Warner Cable in Kansas City, MO
JOB STATUS: PT (minimum of 20 hours required for this position)
SALARY: $8.50 plus commission
WORK DAYS/HOURS: Flexible shifts,4 hours/day
BASIC FUNCTION: The Telemarketing Specialist will be expected to demonstrate strong direct sales skills and complete a specific number of calls to subscribers per week. Alternately, this position may assist other departments or do random calls to follow-up on customer’s satisfaction after an install or service call. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Telephone sales experience necessary.
• Able to work flexible hours, especially evenings and weekends.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Bilingual skills would be a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
