Summary:
We are looking for someone who is currently studying in a CS, MIS, or related field. The successful candidate will develop, execute, and document test plans and results to with assistance from the project manager and clients. The candidate must also be capable with assistance from the project manager to analyze project specifications and discuss them with the development team and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze project specifications to develop, and execute, a test plan with assistance from project management and client contacts
• Isolate, reproduce, and accurately report software defects and deficiencies
• Verify resolved/newly implemented issues
• Provide feedback and suggestions for products and solutions
• Represent the customer’s viewpoint
Position Requirements:
• Become an expert advisor to the development team on interpretation of project specification, with the help of project manager
• Experienced with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access)
• Working knowledge/understanding of basic accounting terminology and practice
• Working knowledge/understanding of website and database technologies
• Ability to develop and implement testing plans Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writting
Education Requirements:
• A current college student perusing a degree in CS, MIS or related fields.
