Business Performance Intern

We are currently looking for a Business Performance Intern to join the Performance Management Group team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to gain experience with one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the country, then we want to see your resume.
The position of Business Performance Intern will be responsible for designing and monitoring key business performance metrics specifically relating to internet domains. The position will require excellent analytical skills, ability to effectively communicate results to management, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Please note: this is a position that will average 20 hours per week and would be ideal for a full time student.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Design and monitor key business metrics
· Ad-hoc analyses
· Competitor and Industry research and reporting
Qualifications:
· Solid academic background (3.0 GPA or better toward a bachelor degree in a business or technical field)
· Familiarity with statistical and analytical techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting and modeling
· MS Office Suite experience
· MSSQL or comparable software experience preferred
· Detail oriented, organized and hard working
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Skills (not required):
· Experience with website ecommerce or branding a plus
· Experience with Web-based reporting and analytical tools a plus
· Experience with OLAP a plus
